Never thought I'd like Dragon age as an RPG but Bioware does it right. If you haven't played Dragon Age Inquisition as an elf, you're doing yourself an injustice. Also, can't get enough Solas in my life atm.

Watched Megamind the other day.  From the commercials I would never have guessed it was such an adorable movie. I've rewatched it like three times now, ah,  I love the characters and the themes.  Needless to say I'm rather taken with it.  I even read the original script which is kinda darker and not as cute, but still interesting.  Roxy x Megs is now one of my fave couples to ship. Perhaps I'll bring myself to draw something refined from this blue brained inspiration besides doodles. :iconmegamindplz:

Schools back in session , and hectic as ever.  I'm now regretting the decision to take  honors government and honors calculus; the work from those two classes alone is going to bury my lazy butt, well physics too, but that's only a regular course.   I'm clueless when it comes to math and history, and I need to get an A in all my classes to boost my GPA and be exempt form finals. I have some serious time consuming work cut out for me if I'm to achieve my goal. Already I have 4 lengthy assignments to do this weekend from those two classes alone.
OH joy.  :iconnotimpressedplz:

Aside from those classes I'm content with my courses and teachers. so far Dreamweaver has been very informative and Mr. Andrews is rather comical, though I still would rather be taking music theory instead of the computer course which is required to graduate. My religion class is ridiculous, but it's not unpleasant. I have music theatre back to back with choir and with that a double dose of my favorite music teacher. Music theatre is so different this year, so far. For one thing only, Mr. Weinberg alone is teaching the class, and I'm the only senior taking it this year, which is a bit awkward, but the small class of ten or so is much more interested in doing something productive during the class, and I plan to get the most out of it, since it's the only acting class I can take at the moment.  I don't know what to expect of choir yet, but I can guess it'll sound better than last year. Plus there's honors chorus to look forward to this year :D .  I'm curious to see what we'll do next week when class really begins.

It's indubitably true that you pick up things you missed when you reread a book. Stuff that's between the lines, foreshadowing, ect.   After catching The Half-Blood Prince on tv and seeing the trailers for the final Harry Potter 2 parter movie extravaganza :D  a month ago, I had to go back and carefully read the 7th book again.  I read it all in a day the first time when it came out, and I didn't have the opportunity for it all to sink in, in my haste to finish the story. I took my time on this go, and I don't believe I missed very much, well...except for the part that proves Dumbledore's gay and I did look at it from that angle.  Oh, and the whole bit about Harry mastering the elder wand by taking Draco's wand...Rather how Draco came to be the master of it in the first place confuses me.  He certainly isn't worthy of it. I always thought it was Snape who was the master of the wand since he cast the killing curse after all, but it clearly says he's not.  That makes no sense to me.

I'd forgotten a good deal of the details which are necessary to accurately critique the final films when they fail to meet my expectations yet another time in comparison with the book; granted there's twice the amount of time work with, so I might be surprised.  As long as Snape gets his rightful amount screen time in the Prince's tale, I shall be content. I hated how they cut out stuff from The Order of the Phoenix...my fave book. They would dice out a  bunch of events I would have liked to see outside of my own imagination to fit time restraints.

I found the London recording soundtrack to the Phantom sequel, and I adore the darn thing, well most of it. The vocals are gorgeous! Christine's voice, and little Gustave's, heavenly, and Ramin Karimloo is a delicious to listen to as le Phantom.  The plot is sorta unrealistic.  I can't see Meg acting that way and it makes no sense if you put it with how the characters acted in the original Webber show, but I like it anyway, so I imagine it as a bizarre parallel universe XD . And how can I not like Erik/Christine?  i want to see the show so badly.  I've been thrown back into my fangirlness for The Phantom of the Opera.  it can't compete with the original, but it's not bad for a sequel.
